Our primary goal is to equip our students with the means and resources to develop their svadhyaya. Sva means "self" and adhyaya translates as "study or investigation". Within the practices of svadhyaya, we get to know ourselves. Who are we? What are we? What is our relationship to the world? It is not enough to keep our bodies healthy. Many who have experienced trauma need to find their way back to themselves. Others need to know who we are and how we relate to other people.
Whatever your path, we want to support you on your journey.
A teacher committed to focusing on more than just the physical body.
